Flavoring the mess!
The
difference between the Swedish and english recipe is that in the english recipe
you preheat the oven on 220 degrees Celsius.
It have
semisweet chocolate instead of cocoa, and also uses cayennepepper, and uses
less sugar but the semisweet chocolate probably have a lot of sugar in it.
You melt
the semisweet chocolate and the butter on top of boiling water. As you can see
this is a completely different technique compared to the Swedish one.
Then they
combine the eggs and the sugar in a bowl mix it together until it gets very
thick. In the Swedish recipe they wanted it to be fluffy. Then put in the
flour, pepper and salt after they have combined the eggs and sugar.
Then they
combine the egg mixture with the chocolate mixture in a bowl and pour it in to
a cake pan. That’s what they did in the Swedish recipe but now they did it with
different ingredients.
Then they
put it in the oven for 14-15 minutes in stead of 17- 20 min. Then they cool it in the refrigerator in 1
hour.
